A note on enforcement
Enforcement items reproduce regulators’ own published findings — final notices, decision notices, published settlements, and licence revocations. We do not report investigations that have not concluded with a published outcome. Where a final notice is later successfully appealed or set aside, we update our copy and attach an editorial note on the item page. To flag an inaccuracy in our display copy, write to info@enon.md; the originating regulator remains the canonical source in all cases.
